Texas A&M University

Texas A&M University is a nationally recognized academic and research institution. Founded in 1876, the university is especially rich in the tradition and culture that makes up the “Aggie Spirit.” The school offers great employment opportunities in addition to its academic advantages, as the Brazos Valley’s number one employer. Cultural, athletic, and community events are always a part of A&M’s schedule, such as ballets and musicals from around the country and abroad, a conference championship football team, and generous community outreaches such as the Big Event.

The students and staff of Texas A&M University are of outstanding character and demeanor. They hold a valued bond with the community and have a reciprocal relationship in the care and quality of the surrounding area.

The George Bush Library is a great addition to the B-CS area and offers many historical and educational benefits. The library features government documents, photos, and films for viewing, as well as the museum portion which outlines George Bush’s life and presidential achievements.
